What you will do

  • Lead UX initiatives across various product lines and teams.
  • Proactively define requirements and outcomes, ensuring clarity in complex programs.
  • Manage timelines, plans, risks, and dependencies for UX and product initiatives.
  • Run and facilitate meetings, checkpoints, reviews, and cross-functional syncs.
  • Help refine planning, prioritization, and communication processes for Product and UX teams.
  • Build partnerships with UX, Product, and R&D, identifying and closing cross-team gaps.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in program/project management, product operations, or related roles in a software or tech company.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, plan timelines, and develop effective monitoring systems.
  • Strong collaborator and team player in a matrixed organization.
  • English: B2 required.

  • Project or program certification (PMP, CSM).
