What you will do

• Support hirify.global’s Product Development Lifecycle and lead end-to-end release management operations.
• Develop and maintain documented standards, processes, and clear guidance for Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery teams.
• Partner with Product Management, Delivery Management, and Engineering to define release priorities, plans, and timelines.
• Drive continuous improvement across product development and release management practices.
• Build, track, and communicate release plans and roadmaps showcasing hirify.global’s product portfolio.
• Facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to gather feedback and align priorities.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• Strong understanding of Agile development lifecycles and software delivery operations.
• Hands-on experience with software releases is required.
• Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Jira is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform releases.
• Interest or experience using AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Some experience in project or program management.
• Experience with Confluence and Aha!.
