What you will do

• Lead end-to-end release management operations for hirify.global’s Product Development Lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain documented standards, processes, and guidance for efficient product releases.
• Partner with Product Management, Delivery Management, and Engineering to define and track release priorities, plans, and timelines.
• Collaborate with leaders to continuously refine release standards and best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement across product development and release management practices.
• Build, track, and communicate release plans and roadmaps, and facilitate stakeholder meetings.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Agile development lifecycles and software delivery operations.
• Hands-on experience with software releases.
• Highly process-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Jira.
• Bachelor’s degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with platform releases.
• Interest or experience using AI to improve operational efficiency.
• Some experience in project or program management.
• Experience with Confluence and Aha!.
