What you will do
- Coach team members on Agile principles, ensuring alignment with cloud transformation objectives.
- Lead Scrum events including Planning, Syncs, and Retrospectives.
- Identify and remove process or technical impediments to maintain consistent delivery.
- Partner with Product Owners to assist with backlog management and roadmap refinement.
- Track and communicate key progress indicators (sprint health, risk, velocity).
- Cultivate a constructive environment by facilitating conflict resolution and representing the team in broader synchronization meetings.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a project team member, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to Agile software development and coaching.
- Strong understanding of the SDLC framework and proven application of Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, Sizing, CI/CD concepts).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- English: B2 required.

- Experience in Agile Cloud Transformation or regulated financial environments.
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM).
- Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
