What you will do

• Coach team members on Agile principles, ensuring alignment with cloud transformation objectives.
• Lead Scrum events including Planning, Syncs, and Retrospectives.
• Identify and remove process or technical impediments to maintain consistent delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners to assist with backlog management and roadmap refinement.
• Track and communicate key progress indicators (sprint health, risk, velocity).
• Cultivate a constructive environment by facilitating conflict resolution and representing the team in broader synchronization meetings.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a project team member, with a minimum of 2 years dedicated to Agile software development and coaching.
• Strong understanding of the SDLC framework and proven application of Agile techniques (e.g., User Stories, Sizing, CI/CD concepts).
• Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• English: B2 required.
• Work location: Onsite in Chicago, United States.

Nice to have

• Experience in Agile Cloud Transformation or regulated financial environments.
• SAFe Scrum Master Certification (SSM).
• Familiarity with AI tools and a willingness to adopt new technologies.
