Technical Training Lead Analyst (SAP)

Location: Hybrid role in Lake Mary, Florida, United States. Occasional home working requires cable broadband or fiber internet with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload speeds. Travel may be required to support regional training efforts.

What you will do

• Design instructor-led and virtual instructor-led training, job aids, course outlines, quizzes, and facilitator guides using adult learning principles.
• Deliver training for new hires, cross-training, system updates, and process changes in both in-person and virtual environments.
• Analyze learner feedback, evaluation scores, performance metrics, and performance assurance data to improve training effectiveness.
• Partner with Document Control and subject matter experts to maintain accurate training content, SOPs, learning journeys, and curriculum maps.
• Lead training activities for system rollouts, process enhancements, and compliance changes, including communications, launch strategies, and readiness assessments.
• Guide junior trainers, support onboarding, handle training escalations, and promote consistent delivery across locations and facilitators.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in training, instructional design, or operations support.
• Strong facilitation skills for in-person and virtual environments, with knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and learning management system platforms.
• Experience in operations, call centers, logistics, or healthcare environments.
• Experience with SAP and CSD order-to-cash processes is required.
• Ability to travel as needed for regional training support.
