AI Training Content Strategist

Location: Lehi, Utah, United States; Remote - US

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annual compensation, including on-target earnings, base salary and variable compensation where applicable.

What you will do

• Deliver multi-day virtual and onsite training for global channel partners across time zones, including product training focused on AI functionality.
• Identify partner and customer knowledge gaps and create training plans, refreshers, bite-sized content and follow-up support.
• Own technical enablement content strategy and execution across the partner and customer journey, including curricula, microlearning, in-app copy, documentation and certification exams.
• Collaborate with product designers, engineers, product managers and partner enablement teams to align content with product intent and improve the user experience.
• Use instructional techniques, storytelling and visual communication to improve enablement, adoption, certification and product understanding.
• Stay current with UX writing, content design, legal technology and AI learning practices.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, technical training or instructional design, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proven experience delivering training in live and asynchronous formats.
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and content design best practices.
• Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, preferably in regulated or professional industries such as legal, financial, corporate or government sectors.
• Understanding of AI and its practical applications, with the ability and willingness to communicate technical concepts clearly.
• Familiarity with UX writing, microcopy and accessibility standards.
• Portfolio or examples of training or content work demonstrating clarity, strategy and user impact.
• Strong facilitation, public speaking, writing, editing, storytelling, relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills, plus organizational agility, business awareness and adaptability.

Nice to have

• Legal industry experience or working knowledge of legal operations.
• Experience building or contributing to design systems or training libraries.
• Proficiency with Articulate, Camtasia, Figma, Confluence or LMS platforms.
