Learning & Development Specialist

What you will do

• Partner with organizational leaders to identify organizational learning needs.
• Design, develop, create content for, launch, and deliver learning and development programs.
• Provide custom learning solutions across the Patient Services business unit.
• Facilitate and teach training sessions.
• Help drive training initiatives that affect employees’ daily work.

Requirements

• Degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Organizational Development, Human Resources, a related field, or comparable work experience.
• Foundational knowledge of adult learning practices and impact, including ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, and Bloom’s frameworks.
• Experience designing, developing, creating content for, launching, and delivering learning programs.
• Direct experience with facilitation or teaching.
• Ability to work 40 hours per week and meet the role’s office-based physical and mental demands.
