Salary: $107,500.00 - $188,400.00 USD

What you will do

• Own and align the long-term technical vision with product strategy and architectural standards.
• Lead an Agile engineering team to design, develop, and deliver scalable SaaS applications using the Microsoft stack.
• Drive architectural leadership, influence technical direction, and resolve conflicts across multiple teams.
• Mentor engineers and foster a high-performing engineering culture.
• Optimize tooling, automation, and CI/CD to improve developer experience and delivery velocity.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional .NET/C# development experience in web applications, APIs, and customer-facing workloads.
• Proficiency with modern web technologies including .NET Core, ASP.NET Web API/MVC, JavaScript, JSON, and RESTful services.
• Experience with React or Angular and responsive/adaptive design.
• Deep knowledge of core software architecture principles (object-oriented, SOLID, microservices) and hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
• Strong technical leadership, communication skills, and proven ability to deliver high-quality software within Agile or SAFe methodologies.
