What you will do

• Drive the technical vision and execution for our SaaS platform to help streamlines clinical trials workflows.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary engineering team (frontend, backend, AI layer) to deliver scalable, secure, and high-impact solutions.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical experts to deliver features that truly transform the way clinical trials and healthcare decisions are made.
• Ensure the highest standards of data protection, compliance, and system reliability.
• Improve system performance, observability, and disaster recovery, optimizing KPIs like availability, response times, and deployment metrics.
• Explore and integrate emerging technologies to enhance platform capabilities, reduce costs, and improve developer experience.

Requirements

• Proven experience (7+ years) in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership or management role (scale-up ideally).
• Deep expertise in building and scaling SaaS platforms, ideally in healthcare or regulated environments.
• Strong background in cloud technologies (GCP ideally, AWS, Azure), microservices, and modern development practices (CI/CD, DevOps, automated testing).
• Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-tenancy architecture and RBAC solutions are a plus.
