Salary: $195,000–$343,000 annually (depending on pay zone and experience), plus equity in the form of RSUs.

What you will do

• Manage and mentor a team of full-stack developers in a fast-paced environment.
• Set strategy, build roadmaps, create measurable goals, and lead your team to deliver.
• Collaborate with Product, Operation, Data Science, and Engineering teams, and executive stakeholders.
• Evaluate the technical tradeoffs of major decisions and provide strong technical mentorship.
• Hire, grow, and retain high-performing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant technical field such as computer science or equivalent practical work experience.
• 8+ years of post-Bachelor’s software development experience (or Master’s degree + 7+ years, or PhD + 3+ years).
• 1+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with distributed systems and web development.
• Background in building high availability and mission-critical systems.
• Ability to lead and execute large, complex technical initiatives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with driving large scale initiatives from ideation to completion.
• Track record of delivery in rapidly changing, highly collaborative, multi-stakeholder environments.
• Experience with Ops-heavy systems/products.
