Location: Required to be onsite Monday-Thursday. Friday work from home.
Salary: $170,400.00 - $255,600.00

What you will do
- Lead the go-to-market strategy for hirify.global’s long-read clinical testing solutions.
- Own positioning, messaging, and campaigns that drive adoption across clinical laboratories, hospitals, and health systems.
- Translate insights into compelling stories and programs that change behavior.
- Communicate with lab directors, molecular pathologists, clinical geneticists, and business leaders.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of experience in marketing or sales within clinical diagnostics, genomics, or molecular testing.
- Proven experience marketing clinical sequencing tests, molecular diagnostics, and/or LDTs to hospitals and clinical laboratories.
- Strong understanding of clinical laboratory workflows, test development, validation, and operational considerations.
- Experience creating campaigns that clearly communicate clinical outcomes and operational efficiencies.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales and commercial teams in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Candidates must have current authorization to work in the United States without the need for present or future sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Background in clinical testing laboratories, molecular diagnostics, or sequencing companies.
- Experience supporting hospital-based laboratories, reference labs, or health systems.
- Familiarity with regulated clinical environments and the transition from research to clinical testing.
- Experience marketing advanced genomics technologies in rare disease, hereditary risk, pharmacogenomics, oncology, or neurogenetics is a plus.
