What you will do
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives across the Americas Strategic segment.
- Plan capacity, train, and guide the team to exceed objectives.
- Implement improvements in the sales administration process.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and boost sales.
- Use customer feedback for product/feature ideas and increase customer engagement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading high growth Enterprise sales teams.
- Outstanding coaching skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Sheets.
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process.
- Excellent interpersonal and team management skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Numerical abilities and problem-solving attitude.
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field.
- Fluent English language skills.
- Experience selling through the channel.
