What you will do
- Collaborate with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement, including sales, product, and support training.
- Align alliance plans and execution with the Mexico Sales Director's go-to-market strategy to drive accelerated growth.
- Coordinate with Alliances Solutions Architects on technical enablement and develop a technical enablement strategy for channel sales growth.
- Facilitate engagement between hirify.global and Partners’ sales and technical teams.
- Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
- Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.
Requirements
- University/College degree or equivalent experience.
- 7+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
- Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem solving and generating ideas/solutions.
- Partner development experience and existing relationships with decision makers within the Channel.
- Ability to communicate with partners at all levels, from sales rep to C-level.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Candidate must be based in Brazil.
