Regional Alliance Manager (Cybersecurity): Driving new business opportunities with and through strategic partners in the Mexican territory, with an accent on partner engagement, sales growth, and increasing partner-originated opportunities. Focus on collaborating with partners for successful engagement, aligning with go-to-market strategies, and coordinating technical enablement.

Location: Remote. Candidate must be based in Brazil.

What you will do

  • Collaborate with partners for successful engagement, launches, and enablement, including sales, product, and support training.
  • Align alliance plans and execution with the Mexico Sales Director's go-to-market strategy to drive accelerated growth.
  • Coordinate with Alliances Solutions Architects on technical enablement and develop a technical enablement strategy for channel sales growth.
  • Facilitate engagement between hirify.global and Partners’ sales and technical teams.
  • Strategize and coordinate with field marketing on programs/events/campaigns to create interest and awareness among partners’ customers.
  • Proactively maintain ongoing knowledge of industry, territory, existing and target channel partner accounts, and competitive landscape.

Requirements

  • University/College degree or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of channel sales experience in a software/SaaS business-to-business environment with a proven track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Strategic thinker with a hunter mentality, capable of hands-on problem solving and generating ideas/solutions.
  • Partner development experience and existing relationships with decision makers within the Channel.
  • Ability to communicate with partners at all levels, from sales rep to C-level.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Candidate must be based in Brazil.

  • Previous sales experience in the information security space.
