What you will do
- Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building.
- Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and advise on hiring strategy.
- Manage recruitment programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and candidate experience.
- Oversee and optimize ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and visibility into hiring metrics.
- Produce and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to HR and business leadership.
- Strengthen employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing and talent community engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading the full-cycle talent acquisition process across assigned functions.
- Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
- Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
- Experience in managing recruitment programs and initiatives.
- Proficiency in optimizing ATS data integrity and utilizing recruitment analytics.
- Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Atlanta.
- English: B2 required
