TL;DR

Senior TA Business Partner (HRTech): Leads the full-cycle talent acquisition process and develops sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent with an accent on candidate engagement, competency-based interviewing, and offer negotiation. Focus on partnering with senior leaders, optimizing ATS data integrity, and strengthening employer brand presence through recruitment marketing.

Location: This role requires you to be based in one of the following hirify.global office locations: New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Atlanta.

Salary: $105,600 - $150,000

What you will do

  • Lead the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including strategic sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies using market intelligence, talent mapping, and proactive pipeline building.
  • Partner closely with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce plans and advise on hiring strategy.
  • Manage recruitment programs and initiatives, driving continuous improvement in processes, tools, and candidate experience.
  • Oversee and optimize ATS data integrity, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and visibility into hiring metrics.
  • Produce and present recruitment analytics and dashboards to HR and business leadership.
  • Strengthen employer brand presence through targeted recruitment marketing and talent community engagement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading the full-cycle talent acquisition process across assigned functions.
  • Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Strong partnership skills with senior leaders and hiring managers.
  • Experience in managing recruitment programs and initiatives.
  • Proficiency in optimizing ATS data integrity and utilizing recruitment analytics.
  • Must be based in the United States and eligible to work in New York, San Francisco, Chicago, or Atlanta.
  • English: B2 required
