Salary: $80K - $110K

What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for GTM and G&A roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring plans.
• Source candidates using outbound outreach, inbound applicants, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
• Conduct recruiter screens and guide candidates through the interview process.
• Build and maintain pipelines of GTM and G&A talent through proactive outreach.
• Provide market insights and candidate feedback to hiring managers.

Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, or another high-growth technology environment.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, HR, Operations.
• Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social platforms, and referrals.
• AI Skills and tools experience with willingness to learn together as the team scales and improves processes
• Organized, adaptable, and energized by a fast-moving environment.
• Hands on experience with Ashby and Brighthire preferred
