Senior Technical Recruiter: Architecting the engineering future by owning full-lifecycle recruitment for complex and senior searches, and defining hiring strategy for individual contributors and leaders. Focus on sourcing top-tier technical talent, managing stakeholder relationships, and leveraging data to influence decision-making.
Location: This role can be based in either NYC or the SF-Bay Area. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Salary: $150,000–$185,000 target plus equity + benefits

What you will do
- Run an efficient, high-touch, full-lifecycle recruiting process for complex and senior searches.
- Own sourcing for a variety of roles, including talent mapping, market research, and referral generation across NYC, SF, and Toronto.
- Leverage tools like Greenhouse and Gem to track candidate progress and ensure high-quality data integrity.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, drive alignment on priorities, and leverage data to influence strategy.
- Promote ’ culture and values to attract top talent and increase employer brand awareness.
- Proactively integrate AI tools and intelligent automation into your daily workflow to maximize efficiency.
Requirements
- 5+ years of recruiting experience with at least 2+ years of technical recruiting experience at a startup.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-urgency environments, maintaining attention to detail and quality.
- Clear track record of success with hiring senior/staff+ engineering talent.
- Ability to effectively influence engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies.
- Proven experience with complex candidate closes.
- Analytical thinker who understands how to utilize pipeline metrics to inform recruiting strategies and identify bottlenecks.
- Customer-focused attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays in NYC or the SF-Bay Area.
