What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end interview coordination process across multiple roles and departments.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and coordinate travel and logistics for onsite visits.
• Maintain data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and generate recruiting metrics and pipeline reports.
• Identify bottlenecks in the recruiting workflow and implement process improvements and automations.
• Develop and document standardized recruiting processes and best practices.
• Support hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team with recruitment coordination.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in recruiting coordination or talent operations.
• Experience in startup or high-growth technology environments.
• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and automations.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS platforms (Ashby experience preferred).
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Applicants must be eligible to work in the US.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling recruiting operations from 0 to 1.
• Technical aptitude and comfort learning new software tools.
• A love of music (listening, exploring, making) is a huge plus.
