What you will do
- Prospect and develop new accounts by showcasing how Datagrid can automate workflows and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for deeper integration and expanded usage.
- Innovate and streamline the contract renewal process to maximize customer retention and growth.
- Conduct engaging in-person and virtual meetings to understand client challenges and tailor solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product, and engineering) to enhance the customer journey.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced software environment with a focus on high-velocity sales.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and innovate.
Nice to have
- Experience as an early sales hire in a high-growth startup.
- Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with product and engineering teams.
- Experience in selling through partnerships and direct sales channels.
- Familiarity with quarterly sales planning and forecasting.
- A background in acquiring new logos and driving rapid growth.
