TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (AI): Responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding the client base by showcasing how AI agents enhance operational efficiency. Focus on quick sales cycles, account development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve the customer journey.

Location: Preferred located is Austin, Texas, but we are open to remote US applicants.

What you will do

  • Prospect and develop new accounts by showcasing how Datagrid can automate workflows and provide actionable insights.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities for deeper integration and expanded usage.
  • Innovate and streamline the contract renewal process to maximize customer retention and growth.
  • Conduct engaging in-person and virtual meetings to understand client challenges and tailor solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, customer success, product, and engineering) to enhance the customer journey.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced software environment with a focus on high-velocity sales.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate and innovate.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early sales hire in a high-growth startup.
  • Strong technical acumen to engage effectively with product and engineering teams.
  • Experience in selling through partnerships and direct sales channels.
  • Familiarity with quarterly sales planning and forecasting.
  • A background in acquiring new logos and driving rapid growth.
