What you will do
- Drive account expansion within hirify.global’s existing customer base.
- Maintain executive sponsorship and understand customers' unique business needs.
- Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies.
- Foster strong relationships with Customer Value Managers (CVMs) and other customer-facing teams.
- Identify, pitch, and close cross-sell opportunities to drive growth.
- Contribute to hirify.global's overall growth trajectory and market leadership.
Requirements
- Mid-level experience in account management.
- Demonstrated ability to drive account expansion within an existing customer base.
- Strong relationship-building skills to maintain executive sponsorship.
- Proficiency in developing comprehensive account plans and strategies.
- Experience in identifying, pitching, and closing cross-sell opportunities.
- English: B2 required
