TL;DR

Account Executive (AI): Driving sales and customer engagement for an AI-powered SaaS platform with an accent on new business development and mid-market expansion. Focus on deeply understanding business challenges, designing AI solutions, and managing customer lifecycles from concept to adoption.

Location: When not traveling, three days in our Austin office (Monday, Wednesday, Friday). Office Address: 610 Brazos, Suite 200, Austin, TX 78701, United States of America. This role requires 40% domestic travel.

What you will do

  • Prospect and nurture larger named accounts in the US Mid-Market segment.
  • Work closely with customers end-to-end throughout their lifecycle, from concept to adoption and expansion.
  • Deeply understand business challenges and design AI solutions.
  • Manage customer follow-up and pipeline against quotas.
  • Share customer feedback and feature requests with Product and Engineering.
  • Maintain pipeline data and account information in the in-house CRM.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in a closing role as an Account Executive.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including prospecting and cold calling.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive and innovative approach to sales.
  • Strategic thinking capabilities to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated, and passionate about the product and industry.
  • Customer-centric approach and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work from the Austin office three days a week and travel domestically 40%.

Nice to have

  • Field sales experience.
  • AI experience, either selling or using.
  • CX and AI industry knowledge.
