Business Development Associate: Identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities through creative outbound strategies with an accent on initial cold outreach and lead nurturing. Focus on engaging potential partners about their goals and challenges to drive significant growth.
Location: Remote within the United States only
Salary: $75,000 - $105,000 OTE (USA CA, WA, NY, NJ, CT) or $66,000 - $96,000 OTE (all other U.S. states) annually

What you will do
- Drive new business by identifying, qualifying, and developing new partnership opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and the Sales & BD team to strategize creative outreach campaigns.
- Manage the first stages of the Sales & Business Development pipeline by performing initial cold outreach and nurturing leads.
- Engage potential partners about their goals and challenges, and educate them on the value of .
- Contribute significantly to ’s growth as the core business and product scale.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- At least 1 year of prior BDA experience in an outbound sales role prospecting cold leads.
- Demonstrated ability to succeed in a quota-carrying role.
- Strong passion for E-commerce.
- Excellent communication, efficient time management, and detail-oriented skills.
- Desire to pursue a career in sales with the drive to be successful.
- Work remotely from within the United States only.
- Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
