What you will do
- Recruit technology partners to implement and resell the hirify.global Embedded solution.
- Generate awareness and demand at C-level stakeholders in target prospects.
- Develop and execute targeted business development tactics for prioritized accounts.
- Own deal execution, including qualification, strategic assessment, structuring, and negotiation.
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-facing collateral and targeted outreach.
- Orchestrate involvement of hirify.global executives and internal stakeholders across various teams.
Requirements
- Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to define and close new deals outside prescribed playbooks.
- Strong internal track record, proven ability to influence and align senior leaders.
- Ability to dive deep to address partner questions across Product, Engineering, GTM, operations, legal, risk, and compliance.
- Able and willing to travel to partner events (e.g. SKO), roadshows.
- English: B2 required for all written and verbal communication.
