Location: hirify.global (Global). While the team operates across EMEA & AMER, all positions are fully hirify.global and allow work from anywhere.

Salary: $71,750—$201,800 USD

What you will do

  • Recruit technology partners to implement and resell the hirify.global Embedded solution.
  • Generate awareness and demand at C-level stakeholders in target prospects.
  • Develop and execute targeted business development tactics for prioritized accounts.
  • Own deal execution, including qualification, strategic assessment, structuring, and negotiation.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop customer-facing collateral and targeted outreach.
  • Orchestrate involvement of hirify.global executives and internal stakeholders across various teams.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and executive-level stakeholder management skills.
  • Exceptional commercial acumen and demonstrated ability to define and close new deals outside prescribed playbooks.
  • Strong internal track record, proven ability to influence and align senior leaders.
  • Ability to dive deep to address partner questions across Product, Engineering, GTM, operations, legal, risk, and compliance.
  • Able and willing to travel to partner events (e.g. SKO), roadshows.
  • English: B2 required for all written and verbal communication.
