TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Edtech/SaaS): Driving new business growth and expanding existing high-potential customer accounts within a territory with an accent on consultative selling and complex strategic sales cycles. Focus on developing tailored territory plans, aligning hirify.global's value proposition, and closing six-figure deals.

Location: Remote - USA. Applicants located within 45 miles of Westlake/Dallas, TX offices should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $224,000–$280,000 USD annual base + variable range.

What you will do

  • Hunt and drive new business growth within a territory of white space and existing accounts, from lead generation to closing.
  • Develop tailored territory and account plans to maximize revenue production.
  • Research customer objectives, technology priorities, and talent initiatives, aligning hirify.global’s value proposition.
  • Master and consistently apply the hirify.global sales framework for successful outcomes.
  • Partner and collaborate with business development, customer success, field marketing, product, and sales engineering teams.
  • Own and successfully lead through complex sales cycles and buying processes within large enterprise accounts.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant sales experience, preferably selling a complex SaaS solution to enterprise clients.
  • Proven experience utilizing MEDDPICC or a similarly effective value-based selling framework.
  • Track record of overachieving revenue targets of $1M+ and successfully closing six-figure deals ($200k+).
  • Experience selling to senior leaders such as the C-Suite and technology executives within large enterprise organizations.
  • Strong hunter skills with a passion for and demonstrated success in securing new logos and managing pipeline.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage executive-level stakeholders.
