Account Executive, Commercial (SaaS)

Account Executive, Commercial (SaaS): Owning the complete sales process from start to finish, working closely with Sales Managers and Sales Engineers to convert prospects into active hirify.global clients. Focus on solving complex communication problems by implementing hirify.global Talk, Contact Center, and Sell, while also uncovering market opportunities to promote hirify.global.

Location: This is an in-office position based in our Tempe, AZ office.

What you will do

• Own the entire sales process, including working leads and generating pipeline.
• Build talk tracks to align with specific client use cases.
• Have weekly 1:1s with your Manager consisting of coaching, key deal reviews, forecasts, and career roadmap discussions.

Requirements

• 1-2+ years of sales experience in an ever-changing environment.
• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Clari & Highspot.
• Preferred expertise in SaaS Sales.
