What you will do

• Be the primary point of contact for the client during the implementation process.
• Conduct impact analysis with client to determine the appropriate requirements for a smooth and successful implementation.
• Create and maintain a detailed project plan and open items log for project monitoring purposes.
• Coordinate and collaborate across functional teams and the client to ensure items are completed timely, ensuring readiness for go-live.
• Provide mentoring and support to other team members.
• Lead process improvement efforts and focus groups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Healthcare and/or pharmacy experience strongly preferred.
• 8-12 years of professional work related experience required.
• Salesforce experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office literacy.
• Strong communication skills via face-to-face meetings, conference calls and written correspondence.
