Senior Implementation Manager (Fintech): Leading end-to-end delivery for mid-tier and large enterprise clients, ensuring seamless implementation of hirify.global’s financial wellbeing tools. Focus on managing stakeholder expectations, implementing new integrations, and navigating partner relationships to scale the implementation process and mitigate risks.

Location: Hybrid, 3 days a week from our Arlington, VA office

Salary: Starting from £125,000 - 140,000 (dependent on experience)+ Bonus + Equity

What you will do

• Lead enterprise and mid-tier launches, working with project and executive-level stakeholders.
• Implement new integrations, testing and rolling out technical integrations with solution designers and engineers.
• Navigate partner relationships to achieve the goals and objectives of all involved parties.
• Help build processes that allow the team to launch more clients, faster, without losing high standards.
• Manage and mitigate risks, spotting blockers early and keeping timelines on track.

Requirements

• Implementation experience: 5+ years leading complex implementations for large companies.
• Technical understanding: Comfortable talking about data integrations, APIs, SFTP, and other operational processes.
• Comfortable with analytics and can navigate basic SQL and other BI tools to help build analytical queries.
• Scale-up energy: You love a fast-paced environment and enjoy the challenges of a growing company.
• Team player: You enjoy collaborating and helping others.

Nice to have

• Industry knowledge: Experience with Fintech, Banking, Payroll, or Workforce Management systems is preferable
