What you will do

  • Lead Salesforce and integration workstreams across multiple clouds (Sales, Service, Health, Experience, MuleSoft), driving planning, estimation, technical task orchestration, and cross-team execution.
  • Coordinate with various engineering, data, and security teams, ensuring alignment across parallel workstreams.
  • Ensure technical solutions adhere to Salesforce best practices, data modeling, automation patterns, and platform guardrails.
  • Oversee integration execution using MuleSoft, focusing on API-led architecture, error handling, and orchestration.
  • Ensure technical deliverables adhere to CI/CD practices using GitHub, Gearset, SFDX, automated testing, and environment governance.
  • Act as primary point of contact for program sponsors and senior technical stakeholders, managing external vendors and overall program health.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience managing Salesforce or enterprise SaaS technology projects.
  • 6+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager or Program Manager in complex multi-system environments.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales, Service, Health, and Experience Clouds, including Apex, Flows, Lightning components, and APIs.
  • Experience delivering integration projects using MuleSoft or similar middleware and proficiency with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, Git, and DevOps tooling (GitHub, Gearset, SFDX).
  • Demonstrated success managing cross-functional, multi-vendor teams.

Nice to have

  • Experience in healthcare, financial services, insurance, or other regulated industries.
  • Working knowledge of Health Cloud provider/patient data models.
  • Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, CSM, or SAFe certifications.
  • Strong background in automation testing frameworks and release governance.
  • Exposure to Enterprise Architecture practices and API governance.
