What you will do

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Establish and maintain effective delivery supervision across the project portfolio.
• Build and manage project teams, fostering collaboration and growth.
• Select and adapt project management methodologies to fit project needs.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate risks.
• Communicate closely with customers to manage expectations and support business development.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project and/or program management.
• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Proven leadership, risk management, planning, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level required.
