What you will do

• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Science teams to support the development and launch of AI-powered features.
• Design, test, and refine the logic, prompts, and workflows that drive AI-generated insights.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy, clarity, and consistency; identify gaps and recommend improvements.
• Act as a cross-functional connector, translating between technical, legal, and operational perspectives.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Operations, Business Operations, Legal Operations, Program Management, or a related role.
• Strong analytical and systems-thinking skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and sound judgment.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• A bias toward building scalable, repeatable solutions rather than one-off fixes.

Nice to have

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, or automation tools.
• Experience in Legal Tech, FinTech, or other regulated domains.
• Familiarity with workflow tools, data schemas, or platform products.
