Product Manager (SaaS)

TL;DR

Product Manager (SaaS): Managing the product roadmap and driving Alloy’s product vision from concept through launch, focusing on leveraging technology and data capabilities to meet user needs. Focus on AI-driven capabilities to help customers anticipate change, surface insights, and make better operational decisions.

Location: Hybrid (3+ days/week in the office required when not on vacation). Remote employees will not be considered for this role.

Salary: $95,000 - $140,000 a year (mix of salary and semi-annual bonus target).

What you will do

• Develop the product roadmap in partnership with the Chief Customer Officer and other Product team members.
• Identify opportunities to leverage technology and data capabilities to meet customer needs.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new products and features.
• Drive forward AI capabilities through the development of AI features and processes.
• Make data-driven roadmap decisions by reviewing qualitative and quantitative data on usage patterns.
• Conduct customer and market research to ensure the development of a best-in-class solution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management at a growing B2B SAAS company.
• Experience successfully launching B2B software products from ideation through launch and support.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience deriving business strategy from data.
• Technical fluency and experience in big data processing, analytics, BI tools, and AI products.
• Strong user-centered mindset with a UX appreciation and design instincts.
• Experience working in a startup environment with a desire to work in an environment that excels on fast iteration and continuous improvement.
