Salary: $110,000 – $147,500 a year

What you will do

• Develop and manage the product roadmap in partnership with leadership and the product team.
• Deeply understand user and customer needs to proactively identify new opportunities for leveraging technology and data.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new products and features, coordinating development and launch activities.
• Drive hirify.global’s AI capabilities through feature development, process evolution, and adoption of AI tools.
• Make data-driven roadmap decisions by reviewing and interpreting qualitative and quantitative usage patterns.
• Conduct customer and market research, and act as a product expert to support Go-To-Market efforts.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management at a growing B2B SaaS company.
• Experience successfully launching B2B software products from ideation through launch and support.
• Strong data-driven decision-making skills and experience deriving business strategy from data.
• Technical fluency and experience in big data processing, analytics, BI tools, and AI products.
• Strong user-centered mindset with an appreciation for UX and design instincts.
• Experience working in a startup environment with a desire for fast iteration and continuous improvement.
