What you will do

• Create search capabilities that unlock content reuse across projects.
• Own upload, transcription, and visual understanding pipelines, making strategic tradeoffs between accuracy, latency, and cost.
• Work with AI research to ensure best models for media understanding and processing.
• Make it seamless for large teams to ingest and export high volumes of media.
• Balance competing priorities across customer segments, from small creators to enterprises.

Requirements

• English: B2 required
• 5+ years of product experience building enterprise products for users with high volumes, complex needs, and zero downtime tolerance.
• Ability to effectively steer technical teams, evaluating ML models, running experiments, and making tradeoffs.
• Customer-centric approach, with experience in customer discovery and defining features that solve real problems.
• Attracted to ambiguous problems, skilled in asking smart questions and translating ideas into action.
• Strong focus on product craft and attention to detail.
