Salary: $190,000–$265,000 per year, plus meaningful equity.

What you will do
- Own AI product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch and iteration.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback and translate it into clear product direction.
- Define and measure quality for AI systems, establishing improvement strategies.
- Partner with engineering and design on AI-first workflows, system constraints, and UX.
- Guide decisions with data, combining metrics, experiments, and qualitative insights.
- Create clarity and momentum, turning vague problems into concrete plans and shipped features.
Requirements
- Strong customer-centric product thinking with real customer exposure.
- Technical fluency with AI systems, understanding concepts like pipelines, latency, cost, and evaluation, with prior experience shipping AI features.
- Excellent product judgment and taste, able to identify issues in AI-generated output.
- Data-driven decision making, framing problems with hypotheses and success metrics.
- Strong execution and organizational skills, converting ambiguity into progress.
- Strategic perspective, connecting daily decisions to broader business goals.
Nice to have
- Experience shipping generative visual AI products with variable output quality.
- Familiarity with brand consistency challenges in products.
- Experience working with go-to-market teams on launches or customer education.
