What you will do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional projects using waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Develop and manage project documentation including charters, timelines, resource plans, and risk registers.
• Coordinate with internal technology teams, business owners, and third-party vendors to meet project objectives.
• Report regularly on project status, issues, and mitigation strategies to leadership and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans covering stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and readiness.
• Act as a liaison between product owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders, ensuring cohesive delivery and alignment with broader technology roadmaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing complex business or technology projects, preferably in a utility, energy, or highly regulated environment.
• Demonstrated SAP/ISU knowledge and project management experience in the utility space.
• Extensive experience in change management, including stakeholder analysis, communications planning, and training coordination.
• Familiarity with agile, waterfall, and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical topics into business terms.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Experience in regulated utilities or customer-facing technology projects.
• PMP and/or Prosci certification (or equivalent).
• Knowledge of tools like qTest, Jira, SharePoint, and Teams.
• Understanding of capital project budgeting and financial governance practices.
