TL;DR

Project Manager (Technology & Product Development): Managing cost and schedule performance for a portfolio of R&D projects, delivering forward-leaning technology, products, and solutions. Focus on project review cycles, resource alignment, risk mitigation, and ensuring product roadmap alignment within a Scaled Agile Framework environment.

Location: Onsite in Tampa, Florida. Only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role due to U.S. Government contract requirements.

What you will do

• Manage multiple projects with complex funding profiles.
• Perform budget and forecasting activities across the project portfolio.
• Strategize with leaders to develop project management best practices.
• Execute project review cycles and align project resources to budget/schedule.
• Identify and mitigate risks to schedule and costs.
• Drive purchasing and ensure compliance with TPD execution cadence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or technical area (may be waived with PMP & prior experience).
• 5+ years in a leadership role for program/project teams using Agile methodology.
• Expertise in Agile tools like JIRA and AzureDevOps.
• Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management.
• Ability to travel < 20%.
• Must be eligible for a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Must be a U.S. citizen.

Nice to have

• Scaled Agile Framework Certification.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Experience writing proposal responses, SOW’s, and contract documentation.
• Background in Agile Software development framework.
