Salary: $144,300–$176,300

What you will do

• Serve as the technical lead for assigned engineering teams on defense programs.
• Lead and participate in program peer, gate, and design reviews, supporting PMRs and coordinating technical activity.
• Manage technical, cost, and schedule performance for engineering content on a program.
• Improve existing processes and establish new systems, championing new concepts or technologies.
• Communicate with and influence leadership on new practices, approaches, and concepts.
• Systematically measure performance using a risk management approach for training systems.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum nine years of technical, project experience with Traditional and Agile Program Execution methods.
• Military or Defense industry experience.
• Must have an active DoD Secret or higher clearance granted or renewed in the last 5 years.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain Special Program Access prior to the start of employment.
• Due to U.S. Government contract requirements, only U.S. citizens are eligible for this role.

Nice to have

• Experience within Modeling and Simulation industry.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices and popular tool sets (Atlassian, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker).
• Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) knowledge.
• Experience with Agile tool sets (JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, etc.).
