What you will do

• Manage and coordinate multiple digital projects, aligning them with program roadmap and goals.
• Plan, implement, and monitor project schedules, roadmaps, status, risks, and dependencies.
• Build, manage, and track project budgets and continuously seek improvements in cost, performance, and quality.
• Facilitate communication and coordination across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder engagement.
• Lead enhancements to high-impact message templates and oversee transformation of online document notifications with a focus on personalized UX.
• Contribute to customer journey mapping and collaborate with product, design, and content experts to update digital messaging standards.

Requirements

• 4+ years supporting project managers on digital projects, including task tracking, progress monitoring, and quality assurance.
• 5+ years creating user-centered digital content, including messaging, notifications, and journey mapping.
• 5+ years optimizing digital content for clarity, engagement, conversion, and personalization, including A/B testing.
• Proficiency with Figma, Content Management Systems (CMS), Jira Workflow Management (JWM), Box, and Microsoft tools.
• Strong stakeholder communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex user needs into actionable UX and content recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience in financial services or a highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of UX best practices and content strategy.
• Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, design, and engineering teams.
