Marketing Specialist (Fintech): Supporting the Marketing team in delivering B2B marketing programs across priority initiatives with an accent on events logistics, lead qualification workflows, and marketing operations. Location: Hybrid (3 days per week in the office) in Singapore

What you will do

  • Support the execution of B2B events across formats, ensuring high-quality delivery end-to-end.
  • Manage event-generated leads with speed and accuracy, ensuring leads are validated and prioritized.
  • Support execution of multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns, coordinating assets, timelines, and approvals.
  • Support monthly and quarterly reporting across events and campaigns, maintaining reporting trackers and dashboards.
  • Support marketing execution, including POs, vendor paperwork, invoice tracking, and budget trackers.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing execution, events, integrated campaigns, or marketing operations (fintech/tech preferred).
  • Proven ability to run multiple workstreams in parallel with strong prioritization and delivery discipline.
  • Strong communication skills, able to coordinate across functions and keep execution on track.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a strong bias for action and follow-through.
  • Familiarity with CRM and reporting tools (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong advantage.
