What you will do

• Optimize HubSpot strategy for full-funnel alignment with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Build and scale the marketing operations framework, including automation, reporting, and insights.
• Standardize workflows for lead capture, data capture, assignment, notifications, and campaign processes.
• Develop KPI reports covering channel performance, funnel conversion rates, attribution, and marketing effectiveness.
• Manage cross-functional projects, communicate status to stakeholders, and balance strategic initiatives with daily go-to-market demands.
• Administer marketing operations platforms and integrations while maintaining system architecture documentation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or Marketing Operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Strong attention to detail, including data quality, field population, attribution, and process accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
