What you will do

  • Develop and own monthly and quarterly business development plans to achieve annual revenue targets.
  • Identify and prospect world-leading companies to create partnership opportunities at events.
  • Form relationships with Fortune 500 executives, scale-up founders, CIOs, and Marketing VPs.
  • Own the discovery and solutioning process, aligning products with partner goals and target audiences.
  • Articulate the value of hirify.global’s diverse and technical audience.
  • Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting through closing new and existing partners.

Requirements

  • Direct B2B sales experience in relevant industries, ideally with tech or events.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven success in a high-growth or scale-up environment.
  • Consistent achievement against targets and KPIs.
  • Experience within a complex sales environment with multiple channels and stakeholders.
  • Accurate forecasting and pipeline management using Salesforce or Hubspot as a CRM.
