Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote - USA; however, applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office should expect to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday, with remote flexibility on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $99,100–$130,500 USD annual base salary

What you will do

• Facilitate project scope definition, timeline, and resource estimations.
• Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation according to EPMO policies.
• Manage dependencies between teams and conduct regular project meetings to monitor progress.
• Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into progress, risk, and resource utilization.
• Develop effective working relationships to foster shared ownership of project outcomes.
• Proactively monitor and communicate project risks, issues, and develop mitigation plans.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in software or technology project management (or a minimum of 8 years of equivalent experience).
• Project management experience in an Agile environment.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Must be eligible to work remotely from the USA.
• Applicants located within 45 miles of the Westlake/Dallas, TX office are expected to work on-site Tuesday through Thursday.
