What you will do

• Own and lead strategic GTM programs focused on optimizing sales roles and operating models.
• Identify tooling, process, and workflow gaps and apply AI and automation to improve sales role effectiveness.
• Design, build, and operationalize solutions that enable GTM teams to work efficiently and scale.
• Translate executive vision into execution by defining business requirements and program plans.
• Drive end-to-end delivery of programs, coordinating technical implementation and change management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, GTM Excellence, Product Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional GTM initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
• Experience in SaaS companies and/or management consulting.
• Strong familiarity with sales roles and GTM motions.
• Experience leveraging AI and automation tools to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Proven ability to translate executive direction into clear requirements and execution roadmaps.

Nice to have

• MBA.
• Technical program management experience.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce.
