What you will do

  • Drive direct and indirect sales of Automation Energy Process Solutions across France.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline while actively forecasting new business.
  • Identify and pursue commercial opportunities within the Power Generation and environmental sectors.
  • Lead consultative customer discussions from early engagement to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Collaborate with product, project, and service teams locally and internationally to ensure successful solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in solution sales within Power Generation or environmental industries.
  • Fluency in French and English for both technical and commercial discussions.
  • Strong understanding of complex industrial customer operations in the French market.
  • Proven ability to sell technical automation solutions such as DCS, PLC, or SCADA systems.
  • Willingness to travel within France and occasionally internationally.
