Location: Hybrid role based in Bucharest, Romania, with responsibilities across Romania.

What you will do

  • Oversee current automotive part Suppliers for hirify.global.
  • Build lasting relationships with Partners.
  • Ensure the quality of posted offers and Client education.
  • Implement individual targets and new solutions.
  • Adapt appropriate IT tools to fully activate Supplier’s potential.
  • Conduct training and presentations on how to use hirify.global environment.
  • Analyze fresh stock and sales figures from Partners in your assigned area.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper service quality.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience (preferably in sales or business development).
  • Basic understanding of software / database integration and data analysis.
  • Proactive approach, goal-oriented with ease in establishing relationships.
  • Teamwork skills and highly developed communication abilities.
  • Excellent work organization, systematic approach, and ability to plan priorities.
  • Driving license.
  • Fluent knowledge of Romanian and communicative knowledge of English in both speech and writing.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in B2B field sales.
  • Previous experience in marketplace start-ups.
