What you will do

• Participate in account strategy planning and qualify opportunities with the Sales team.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities, including creating value propositions, tailored demos, and PoVs.
• Design solutions to fit client needs and environment during the sales process.
• Resolve client concerns regarding technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture.
• Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, build solutions for industry verticals, and support marketing initiatives.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and French.
• Demonstrable track record in client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect positions.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies (LLMs, agents).
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Strong communication, discovery, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel.
