What you will do

• Participate in account strategy planning with the Sales team and qualify opportunities.
• Lead end-to-end Presales activities and create strong value propositions.
• Perform tailored demos and ensure delivery of strong Rfx’s and PoV’s.
• Design solutions for client needs and resolve concerns around technical capabilities, information security, and platform architecture during the sales process.
• Develop solution architectures for secure on-prem, hybrid, and public cloud implementations of the hirify.global platform.
• Support Marketing initiatives and engage in product release cycles with Product teams.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Good balance of technical, business, and sales skills.
• Demonstrable track record in a client-facing Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architect position.
• Experience in process discovery, process mining, process orchestration, automation solutions, and AI technologies like LLMs and agents.
• Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology.
• Self-motivated, proactive team player with a solution selling mindset.
