What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of Hungarian customers for successful onboarding, product adoption, and renewal.
- Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and escalations.
- Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Support teams to ensure customer retention and resolve issues.
- Track and report on customer health, usage trends, and satisfaction for the Hungarian market.
- Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment).
- Fluent in Hungarian and English (verbal and written).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.
Nice to have
- Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
- Understanding of the Hungarian business culture and market trends.
