TL;DR

Customer Success Representative, Velocity (Hungarian Market): Supporting customers within the Hungarian market, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and growth with an accent on onboarding, product adoption, and renewal processes while pro-actively identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Focus on managing customer inquiries and escalations, tracking customer health, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and collect feedback for product improvement.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of Hungarian customers for successful onboarding, product adoption, and renewal.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, support requests, and escalations.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Renewals, and Support teams to ensure customer retention and resolve issues.
  • Track and report on customer health, usage trends, and satisfaction for the Hungarian market.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and activity in the CRM system.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales (preferably in a SaaS or technology environment).
  • Fluent in Hungarian and English (verbal and written).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience working with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Familiarity with SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions.
  • Understanding of the Hungarian business culture and market trends.
