TL;DR

Senior Business Development Representative (Spanish Speaking): Driving growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers across the EMEA region with an accent on building relationships and setting the stage for successful sales engagements. Location: Onsite in Bucharest, Romania. This is a fixed-term contract for one year, with potential for conversion to a full-time role.

What you will do

  • Engage with potential customers who have shown interest through marketing campaigns and events.
  • Qualify leads to determine their potential for sales conversations and gather relevant information.
  • Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects using various communication channels.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams for smooth handover of qualified leads and provide detailed insights.
  • Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company, is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Understanding of the sales process and ability to effectively qualify leads.
  • Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools.
