Commercial Account Executive (SaaS): Managing the full sales cycle for mid-market and commercial accounts, helping fast-growing companies improve incident response, operational resilience, and reliability with an accent on technical environments and business priorities. Focus on guiding customers through complex buying journeys and connecting them with the FireHydrant's platform.
Location: This is a hybrid role with onsite expectations of 3x/week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our Downtown Boston office.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 Base Salary. This role is also eligible for variable compensation.

What you will do
- Manage end-to-end sales processes from initial prospecting through close, building strong relationships.
- Lead discovery conversations to understand customer reliability challenges, technical environments, and business priorities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to DevOps, SRE, Engineering, and IT leaders.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and inbound follow-up.
- Share feedback from the field to help shape FireHydrant's go-to-market strategy and product evolution.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in SaaS sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Experience selling into technical audiences such as DevOps, SRE, Engineering, IT, or Security teams.
- Comfort navigating complex, consultative sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills.
- A self-motivated, curious, and accountable mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience selling developer tools, infrastructure, or reliability platforms.
- Familiarity with incident management, monitoring, or on-call workflows.
