What you will do
- Lead and scale all sales and marketing functions, building a high-performing, accountable organization.
- Own the full commercial engine, including new business, expansion, and long-term enterprise client relationships.
- Define and execute hirify.global’s go-to-market strategy for converged streaming and linear TV.
- Expand deep, strategic enterprise client relationships across key accounts.
- Drive and close high-stakes opportunities by working in the field and leading key pitches.
- Develop elite commercial talent through hands-on coaching and mentorship.
Requirements
- 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in advertising, media, ad tech, data, measurement, or performance marketing.
- Deep fluency in streaming and linear TV.
- Demonstrated success in complex, enterprise, client-directed selling.
- Strong executive presence and communication skills.
- Builder mindset and operational discipline.
- Hands-on leader who loves the craft of selling and developing talent.
