What you will do

  • Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including media plan fulfillment and creative adjustments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with media, creative, ad operations, project delivery, and strategy teams.
  • Take ownership of campaigns and project work, with opportunities to lead larger sales events or asset creation initiatives.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, fostering open relationships and ensuring goals are met.
  • Support the Account Director in running the business and bring forward new ideas.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of digital and traditional media requirements.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of relevant account management experience, ideally in digital marketing.
  • Demonstrated experience with media planning, creative asset management, and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Collaborative approach and ability to engage cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on partnership.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of digital and traditional media for optimal channel performance.
  • Candidates must be located in Nashville.
